Bonjour,
For
this West African country we decided to cook Poulet Yassa. Poulet Yassa is
essentially chicken soaked in a lemon, Dijon mustard and onion marinade. The
chicken was then browned and added to the marinade. The dish was served with
couscous.
Overall
the dish was tasty, a large amount of lemon flavour but it created a unique
taste to the dish.
