Madagascar, three meats

Bonjour

This dish called Romazava, consists of three meats, pork, chicken and beef. The meats were slow cooked in water with garlic, ginger, tomatoes and other spices.

Spinach was added to the dish and it was served hot. I really liked the flavours that came out.
