Bonjour,
Another
Caribbean nation, there are pockets of the world where there are so many
different countries! We decided to cook Haitian Chicken in Sauce.
Since
we can’t access Scotch Bonnet Peppers in Australia I substituted with Capsicum
which may not have been hot enough. Never the less, I found the sauce very nice
and for once, I liked the taste of capsicum.
