Brief Benin



Bonjour, Benin is a squeezed in country that looks somewhat like a rectangle. It was a former French colony and so the cooking has a French influence.

It was an extremely easy and quick meal to cook tonight. I made Akkra Funfun which has a pretty fun name to be honest. Akkra Funfun tasted how I imagine African food to taste, a mixture of spices and beans.



In eating, Akkra Funfun wasn’t all that fun. Maybe I am just too much of a carnivore!
