Bosnia and Herzegovina



It has been a while since we had last cooked as I have been away for a week. It may be difficult to complete the journey in 18 months but it is still possible.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is a place I had never heard of, an east European country directly across the east coast of Italy, north of Albania. It has Eastern and Western influences in its cooking.



Bec made Cevapi to represent the country, it tasted quite Arabic but seemed a touch bland.
