Beer and Belgium



Belgium is a country that seems to be a bit of a mixing pot with three official languages so I didn’t know which one to use for my opening.

One highlight for this meal was the search for Belgium beer, it was easy enough to find but hard enough to make it fun. Bec cooked this meal of Carbonnade Beef and Beer Stew served on steamed potatoes so I don’t have much to say about the cooking experience.



In one word though, delicious.
